1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the Raretek Productions website or purchasing any digital asset, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. DIGITAL ASSET PURCHASES

All application purchases are final. Upon successful payment, you will receive a full source code license for the purchased asset. This license grants you the right to:

• ▸Use, deploy, and modify the source code for commercial purposes
• ▸Rebrand and resell the application as your own product
• ▸Receive 30 days of post-purchase technical support via email

You may not resell the original source code as-is without modification, or represent Raretek Productions as the developer of your rebranded product.

3. COMMISSIONED WORK

Custom development projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before project commencement. Payment terms, intellectual property rights, and deliverable timelines will be defined in that document.

4. INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER

Information on investment opportunities presented on this website does not constitute financial advice, a securities offering, or a solicitation to invest. All investment arrangements are subject to individual due diligence, legal review, and formal agreement. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Raretek Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased assets or commissioned software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
